Vote 4 Nick - Policies:

Sort It Out

I want to be YOUR MP, I don't back away from an issue or problem someone faces, I want to be elected to stand up for my constituents interests, that's your interests. I know the way that our political process works, I can change how effective your complaints and comments are in shaping local and central government policy and how we feel that policy changing out lives on the ground in Bromley, Chislehurst, Mottingham and Keston. As your MP you can call me and I will follow up whatever you have an issue with and help you to know who is responsible, to stop officials responsible hiding behind red tape. If the housing association and you are stuck, I want to help you sort it out.

The youth

Jobs and Opportunities for young people need mature young people to take advantage of them. Facilities in which to spend time as young people barely exist in Bromley and Chislehurst. We give them free bus passes and expect them to live as Neanderthals on the streets. Staffing them would provide employment, when no such places exist such as in Bromley young people on the streets will remain on the streets. The police simply moving people on make more work for themselves

Campaigning in parliament.

As well as the issues you tell me you want put forward in Parliament I want to Campaign in Parliament against the house banding that sees Bromley missing out on central government money that we are entitled to, money that we shouldn't be made to make up for through council tax.
How much we charge pensioners, is making their lives difficult. As it is all of Bromley does not receive its fair share or central government money, and that hits those least able to pay there council tax, and affects the provision of services to everyone, but the unemployment don't pay council tax, neither do students, why should pensioners?
